Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EDP Incharge to manage our organization’s ERP systems, data processing activities, and IT infrastructure . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling ERP operations in an industrial setting, along with technical knowledge of networks, hardware, and software systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and maintain ERP systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations. Coordinate with various departments for data accuracy, ERP module functionality, and reporting requirements. Oversee day-to-day data processing tasks, backups, and system security. Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of IT hardware, software, and networks across the plant. Troubleshoot ERP, hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly. Liaise with external ERP/software vendors for implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution. Implement and enforce IT and data security policies across all systems. Provide user support, training, and guidance to employees on ERP modules and system use. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics as per management requirements. Manage IT asset inventory and ensure timely maintenance and replacement of equipment. Key Requirements: Education: B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or B.Sc./MCA with relevant specialization. Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an industrial setup, with at least 2 years in a similar role. Strong hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar platforms). Good knowledge of networking, server management, system backups, and cybersecurity practices. Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills. Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lab Incharge to lead and manage laboratory operations, with a strong focus on sugar analysis, quality control, and lab management . The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of analytical testing, regulatory compliance, and laboratory best practices. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily lab operations and ensure smooth functioning of all analytical and quality control activities. Conduct and oversee sugar analysis tests (such as Brix, Pol, Reducing Sugar, Moisture, etc.) as per industry standards. Maintain accurate records of all lab tests and ensure timely reporting to relevant departments. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, FSSAI, BIS, etc.). Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments regularly. Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to them. Train, guide, and supervise laboratory staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams for raw material and finished product testing. Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions to improve quality. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and inventory management of chemicals and reagents. Key Requirements: Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a sugar industry lab or similar environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role. Strong knowledge of sugar analysis techniques and lab safety protocols. Excellent organizational, analytical, and team management skills.
